Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service date (pickup, check-in, departure, or sailing) may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the terms of the respective service provider.
Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur cancellation charges as per the service provider’s policy. In such cases, partial or no refunds may apply.
No-Show:
Failure to utilize a booked service without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-show cases.
Prepaid & Promotional Bookings:
Certain advance-purchase, discounted, or promotional bookings may be non-refundable or subject to higher cancellation fees. Specific terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
You may request changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability and applicable fare or rate differences. Modifications may incur additional charges depending on the service provider’s policies.
Early check-outs, early returns, or unused portions of travel services may qualify for partial refunds, depending on the booking type and provider terms. Some special, weekly, or monthly rates may require a minimum usage period and may not be eligible for refunds on unused days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation fees may be waived or adjusted in cases of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or documented medical emergencies, subject to verification. If Intra Tours & Travels is unable to provide a confirmed service due to operational issues, a full refund will be issued.

Airline-imposed penalties
Cruise line cancellation fees
Hotel no-show penalties
Vehicle damage, cleaning fees, tolls, or traffic violations
