Base prices include only the services explicitly mentioned at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for optional services, upgrades, insurance, extra guests, fuel, tolls, baggage fees, resort fees, cleaning charges, damages, late returns, penalties, or government-imposed taxes as applicable.
Cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the policies of third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and cruise operators. Certain promotional or prepaid bookings may be non-refundable.
For car rental services:
A valid, unexpired driver’s license is required
Minimum age requirements may apply
A security deposit may be authorized at pickup
Renters are responsible for fuel charges, tolls, traffic violations, damages, and cleaning fees
Unauthorized drivers, illegal use, off-road driving, and smoking in vehicles are strictly prohibited
Specific rental terms will be shared at the time of booking.
Flight schedules, hotel policies, and cruise itineraries are controlled by third-party providers. Intra Tours & Travels is not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes, or service disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, cruise operators, or external factors such as weather or government restrictions.
Optional insurance or protection plans may be offered depending on the service booked. Unless otherwise stated, Intra Tours & Travels is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
You agree to provide accurate information during booking and comply with all applicable laws, provider policies, and safety regulations. Any misuse of services, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in booking cancellation without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which services are provided. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class action claims.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
